SAP services for enterprise operations
Implementation, integration, and optimisation for S/4HANA and existing SAP landscapes — delivered from London and Kolkata.
- ECC landscapes that need a clear path to S/4HANA without freezing day-to-day operations
- Integrations between SAP and adjacent systems that break under change
- Custom ABAP and Fiori work that is hard to hand over or support

How we work
- 1
Discover
Map current landscape, pain points, and constraints with your SAP and business owners.
- 2
Design
Agree scope, sequencing, and integration approach before build starts.
- 3
Build & test
Configure and develop in sprints with visible demos and documented decisions.
- 4
Deploy & hand over
Cutover with hypercare, then transfer knowledge so your team can operate the system.

Common questions
Do you only work on greenfield S/4HANA projects?
No. We support greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition approaches, as well as ongoing work on ECC where migration is not yet decided.
Where is the delivery team based?
We deliver from London and Kolkata. Engagements typically combine UK-facing coordination with India-based build capacity.
How do you handle knowledge transfer?
Documentation, walkthroughs, and a defined hypercare window are part of every delivery. We do not treat go-live as the end of the engagement.
